It took me 3 tries and 2 days to get this order to push through. The website kept telling me it was unable to accept the payment due to the addresses. This has happened in the past but I was told it was a one time glitch. I may start looking for a different website if this continues to happen.

Ordering and checkout used to be so easy and very user friendly. It took me 3 different tries to get the card to go through, I ended up having to cancel my order completely, dig through the website to find what I needed, delete the card on file, and resubmit everything for it to go through.

We have bought 2 flags from this company. The first flag we got is perfect and we don't have any problems with it. The second flag however is tearing from the top and has only been used a few times. The other flag is in the exact same area. We contacted them and we were told that there is nothing they can do since the flag is an outdoor flag. We spent almost $500 on this flag so you would think they would do something to help out a repeat customer. We are pretty reasonable people but when you spend so much on something you expect to be able to use it for longer than a few days. They need to make this right. We don't live in an area that gets harsh winds or extreme bad weather. We get some rain but that's about it. If both flags were getting the same wear and tear, I could understand it, but the older flag is still in perfect condition.

I had to pay this because they required a signature that they’re denying UPS is blaming them. They’re blaming UPS and I’m paying the penalty. I guess the value of a customer isn’t what it used to be.

I tried to email in a custom flag order and never got a reply. I have to have this flag asap for a customer and you are really dropping the ball. We need to rush this order as much as possible. Thanks

Very bad communication with customer service. They emailed a question and I responded, but sat on the order and didn't ship. I finally had to call myself and find out what's going on with it. A good customer service department would pick up a phone and call the customer if there was any other questions, but seems too difficult to "talk" to a human in 2024.

Placed an order 01/18. Never received tracking information from them. Contacted them today only to find out that the tracking number still says LABEL CREATED - NO UPDATE since 01/19. Asked them to send a new order overnighted but are refusing to do so. It is very frustrating. We place a lot of orders with you guys and you cannot help us resolve this issue adequately. You can open the claim with UPS and have this lost package returned to you if found or refund you if not found. We do not need to go through all this back and forth. Had we received the tracking information from you, we would have the ability to track it and reach out at an earlier time. We would have seen that the tracking still says LABEL CREATED. But NO we never got that tracking number until today.

Poor customer service, half the staff is outsourced out of the country. The owner doesnt answer phone. only one guy here who is bad with customers. I'm not using the email my client ordered from. They will bully you and then play the victim.
