“The website is not user friendly. Nothing shows in your cart. I didn't know you had to CLICK on CART to see what is in the cart. I was looking for my artwork. I didn't know you don't see the artwork until you pay for the flags. If I didn't call customer service, I never would have been able to place this order. Not user friendly at all. Sorry.”
