“Make check out basket bigger..”

“I didn't have a great experience. I had two of our flags blow away in a storm and ordered replacements. This was a flag only order since we already had all of the hardware. I was told to expect the flags to be delivered within 3-5 business days. A week and a half went by, I called to check on them. I was told about 10 seconds later that UPS lost them and they'd send two more out. Another week and a half went by, called again, this personal actually took some time to look into it but came back with the same answer.....they were lost. Said she'd send another set out and credit me back for one. I finally received the "third shipment" but never received the credit.”

“The logo was printed as the picture but it did not look good on the sign. If the policy allowed it, I would have returned it for a different one.”

“I bought 2 flags at very good price. Your shipping and handling fee was ridiculous. Especially since you could have shipped both with no additional cost to you, I'll never fall for that again.”

“Dear Customer Service, I have purchased several thousands of dollars of your merchandise and I was told The merchandise that I bought was Made In The USA, well It turns out that everything I purchased was made In China. I am very disappointed and I hope In the near future you can change some of these practices. I am willing to pay more money to have at least a choice as to where It Is made. PLEASE give me this option and make some of your products In The USA ! Thank You Brian Karn Owner Made In The USA General Store”
