I called and asked for a specific person that had dealt with our account and knew our design plus logo and both times I was not allowed to talk to her. I had trouble getting across what I wanted (which is why I wanted to talk to the specific person), but on the second call back I think I got my last questions answered. Now I have to wait and see if I will get what I wanted.

Website is confusing and difficult to navigate.. When login'e in the BOGO options don't show. When uploading design before logging in the upload seems to never complete

Your shipping is too costly for 4 flags. Almos 20 dollars in the future I can't order from you with inflated shipping prices.

Return is not a good experience you will be charged minimum of 10% of the cost and you will pay for the shipping I was forced to keep the items because it cost too much to return. I was promised to receive free 50 face mask and it was listed on my invoice, but nothing was sent. I will not recommend FFN

Web site was very confusing to navigate and select - Then came payment and it got worse. I was very close to going elsewhere. We'll see how things go as to weather or not I reorder.

Hello - If it wasn't for Jessica, I wouldn't have been able to place and pay for my first order. The way your order pages are set up is VERY complicated in some areas.The various steps from one window to the next are not as intuitive as other online order sites. There a lot of things that need to be filled in,or checked off that are NOT obvious- or NOT where I would expect to find them. The order is placed "FFN-139919-2022, so now I'll wait for the proof. Thanks for asking!

I placed an order and submitted artwork. Ian requested the I send original artwork ( which showed their template) they printed the original file with template changed my font colors and submitted it for print WITHOUT me approving. When I contacted them asking to reprint at no charge to me they refused. Even with me presenting proof that I never approved the artwork they printed. They offered me 30% off only to change it to 10% when I tried to reorder. After going back and forth they finally decided to honor the 30%. Quality is great but service was horrible.

I was told that if I got my design submitted by the 14th of this month it would be able to make it in time for my event. I submitted by the 14th, to which I received a number of correctio emails for my design that went over a number of days. In the end I had to get the item shipped next day air to make it in time, which cost more than the item itself. I will not do this again, very sad.

We loved the flags. They were expensive and we felt it was worth it once we saw the product. However, all of our poles broke. They broke from the bottom and we were pretty disappointed. We figured out a way to get them up again and then they broke from the top, ripping the flag itself. We were hoping the customer service department would be able to offer us a resolution and sadly, they did not. We spent a lot of money and thought it would be a best practice for them to at least offer to send us out anew set of poles. We have another large order we need to place for more feather flags and will not use this company because of their poor customer service and lack of empathy for their customers.

I couldn't tell if I ordered two of everything of just two flags and one pole. I guess I'll find out when it arrives but I wanted two of each and and the invoice was unclear

Pricing on stock flags vs what it costs to customize (and what pricing you get on poles) is misleading. Why do the poles on a standard flag cost 50% less than a custom flag's poles? Borderline bait/switch. I'll update this review based on the quality of the product we receive.
