“I should have been able yo pay with a credit card without Paypal, but it wouldn't go through until I did it with Paypal. I would have rather just used the card.”

“website difficult....i wish i could see ALL feather flags at once, not just by categories. also, it took me several (3-4) "add to cart" before the product would actually GO to the cart.”

“shipping was a bit high for that what little packaging that is. 10$ shipping on a 15$ item of cloth? there has got to be a better way. maybe just raise the price of the item and include free shipping to avoid sticker shock.”

“This was a repeat of items you made me in the past so it should have been easy. This transaction was very difficult from the first interaction with the sales team who seemed completely put aside off by a custom order clear through the art approval. Not sure what's changed since my last order but its not for the best IMO. All previous orders were exceptional experiences.”

“The templates are terrible. They don't give any dimensions, bleeds, dpi, or anything. Change from free shipping automatically over x amount to now require a coupon to get is a bit sleezy. Used to be able to spend a lot, get free shipping, and add a coupon.”

“The web site says an order over $100 is free shipping, but its not. I tried multiple times, it didn't work, it kept charging for shipping. I needed the flags and didn't want to bother going through websites, but its definitely not free shipping. But I bet they will come up with an excuse, as in you need to spend a $100 but on this and this, the standard BS. I just hope now the flags are good and won't fly away on the first little wind.”
