“Ordering and checkout used to be so easy and very user friendly. It took me 3 different tries to get the card to go through, I ended up having to cancel my order completely, dig through the website to find what I needed, delete the card on file, and resubmit everything for it to go through.”

“We have bought 2 flags from this company. The first flag we got is perfect and we don't have any problems with it. The second flag however is tearing from the top and has only been used a few times. The other flag is in the exact same area. We contacted them and we were told that there is nothing they can do since the flag is an outdoor flag. We spent almost $500 on this flag so you would think they would do something to help out a repeat customer. We are pretty reasonable people but when you spend so much on something you expect to be able to use it for longer than a few days. They need to make this right. We don't live in an area that gets harsh winds or extreme bad weather. We get some rain but that's about it. If both flags were getting the same wear and tear, I could understand it, but the older flag is still in perfect condition.”
