I have being founding it so difficult ever since I have invested all my money on this broker, I never believe that is was a scam, but all thanks to “Mrs, Morris Meihua” for helping me recover all the money that I invested on the this broker. you can also contact them if you are founding it so difficult to withdraw the money that you have invested on any broker or you are being SCAMMED before on any broker, you can also contact them, so there can help you out.. This broker is a scam!! Please guys avoid them. I was only a victim to them because I believe it will be the best for me but am unable to withdraw from them and they keep on asking for more deposit. Am so glad Mrs. Lilo Grace was able to help in getting my funds from Them. They promised a guaranteed return on my investment but after investing my life savings, I got nothing in return. They seemed legitimate at first, but it was all a scam. I urge people to stay away from awful platforms and not risk their hard-earned money like I did. Reported a scam to Mrs. Doris Ashley. Email: dorisashley71 (@) gmail. Com. WhatsApp+1---(404)--721--56--08 for recovery. I was glad for her services. In just four day they helped me recover it all.

Feefo will not let me make a review because they only let you make positive reviews on your experience. Me and my friend literally got harassed by a host on a cottages.com stay. I gave feefo my review and they banned it. I wrote a whole paragraph as I didn’t want people having this experience with them, but I can’t even want them on the review, because they won’t let me make it. They class actual facts as ‘irrelevant content’

This a copy of my review on Feefo left on Trustpilot 4 years ago. Read it and weep. Don’t believe anything you read on Feefo. They should be hounded out of the review influencing market. 4 Years ago. I have TP accounts for two of my companies soliciting reviews from my customers and have found them very fair in their handling of contentious or contested reviews, we as a business have welcomed the positives and the negatives, where genuinely applicable to our part in any transaction and have learned a good deal about ourselves and our service as a result. Feefo on the other hand seems to be a total sham, allowing the riviewe to be in control of the reviews is just like putting the fox in charge of the chicken coop. I have recently tried to leave poor feedback regarding a product I have purchased from CPL Fuels only to find it difficult verging on impossible to write a poor review. Sadly or fortunately for them they do not have a TP account or this would be on it. So I will start my own see how many other people have found their products and service appalling. I dont expect them to start a TP review account any time soon or everyone would know. Rant over but thaks anyway for providing a properly independent well run review platform. 5 hours ago they responded about someone else not themselves. Well that pretty much sums Feefo up. 1. It’s 4 years late incredible? 2. They refer to a review about “on the beach” it has nothing to do with on the beach. It is about how bad feefo is. I am rating their service and credibility of their reviews 1 Star no one else’s. Scandalous. It’s still a sham paid for by their subscribers not independent reviewers. Do not trust Feefo Reviews. You are not allowed to complain if you do it takes 4 years to get a response. Date of experience: 20 January 2020

Recently made my first purchase with this company. Giving a telephone order to a very helpful staff member was easy, the order was with me within 48 hours, well packed and exactly what I wanted. Although their range is not great if I see anything else I like I will have no hesitation in using their services.

My packs was delivered to late tge driver threw it on my porch and when I called the customer service with DHL to return it back because I didn't need it anymore the lady went on and told me that I couldn't return it the sender has to create a label for it I couldn't and I clearly read that I can return it on their site I am mad because time I do not have I will not recommend this company to anyone go through UPS ir Fed Ex or the Post Office

Feefo don’t show negative review results. Surely these reviews are the ones showing failures in businesses and are an honest view of the customers. What is the point asking for a review if you only choose the good ones to show prospective custom? The feedback and reviews left about your own website is poor, so look at what you are doing wrong!

Feefo seems to be short for "fee for feedback faking". As mentioned by several others below they do not publish negative reviews on AutoTrader. I had a terrible and fully verifiable experience with AutoSmart Ltd of Leopold Street, Birmingham who sold me a defective car which broke down with major gearbox failure within 30 days. Although this automatically entitled me to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act, the dealer behaved appallingly throughout. I was only able to get most of my money back in the end after using the AA Mediation Service, so my case is well documented. Yet I am unable to leave a review to this effect to warn other customers about the dealership.

Terrible company, avoid if you can. There are much better and cheaper options out there. I was told feefo would work with my website, but it doesn't really. They don't care and still want me to pay over £1,000. Absolutely appalling.

Their Nibes. Ordered two pairs of pyjamas and wash bag and make up bag from Their Nibes. Excellent service goods arrived very quickly in eco packaging and are just beautiful products with a truly delightful Dream Diary book included, which is beautifully illustrated and such a fun book to fill out. I also love that this company support a charity for adoption called Coram. I would recommend buying from them and will certainly order again myself. Rose

Feefo contact you looking for reviews on companies they represent you have purchased products from. If you are not happy and leave a bad review they delete that review only leaving good reviews and giving you a misrepresentation of the companies they represent. In other words anything to do with this company is not to be trusted. A quick Google search shows this company has a terrible reputation for doing exactly as I have outlined so this is far from a once off incident.

With autotrader they actively delete and restrict negative reviews and allow dealers to post their own 5 star reviews. Ive discovered how. Challenged them and now get no reply. Clearly a fake review farm

Problem with most review companies have is that they invite unsolicited reviews and not necessarily from an actual customer and hence reviews have become a tool for vendetta to ruin a business by nonesse. Worst is reviews than published automatically giving credence in ability or lack of it in a business which may well be untrue in both direction in experience received or felt. Sooner or later someone should take review companies to court and sue them for damages as they are publishers and need to prove what they publish is valid. Now if reviews look the same and written than same walk away. 5 star means nothing.

Purchased a Next Sideboad, Anderson 3 Door Sideboard, in June. We set it up the day after it arrived. The doors didn't align (top right and middle). There was also defects (small chip) and mdf wasn't mentioned in the product spec. Called Next Customer service they said we will take it back straight away. Called again a couple of weeks later to say it's still not collected was told they are waiting on a van to Ireland. Called again in July was told an inspector would be calling out September 9th. He arrived on a Saturday morning at 8am, not arranged, and without a mask. He spent 15 mins taking pictures, serial number and measuring it. My wife questioned him about why no mask and not the original appointment and he said best if I leave. Tried Customer online chat and after nearly an hour they said a technician tried to access the sideboard then cut the chat. Terrible experience with Next.
