“My daughter and I hired Garnet Emblem. Foolishly we arrived 24 hours early! The staff were un-phased and super helpful. They sent us to the pub while they got the boat ready for us and then came to collect us. We were on the boat in less than an hour, a day early, at no extra charge! Truly amazing service. The boat was very clean and everything worked perfectly. We had a great weekend. Thanks again.”

“The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. We did not experience any problems so didn't need to test the staff 😀 but if you do it is all explained at the beginning and book with all the help you need is given to you. We had a great holiday and there were 3 adults and 3 children”

“We rented the Silver Emblem for a week for a family of 4. The boat was great, easy to manoeuvre, comfortable and big enough for all of us. The boat received many admiring looks whilst cruising. On our last day today and we are already looking to book a week or 2 next year.”

“Due to death of my husband had to change our boat , lady who dealt with me was kind and sensitive. When we were on the broads our water pump did not work . A very kind gentleman came out from the yard and repaired it very quickly. Due to this we are going to book again using ferry marina for my daughters 40th birthday , great customer service”

“Fantastic family holiday with our dogs. Our third time on the Norfolk Broads but this was the first time with Ferry Marina and we will definitely be using their fleet again. The boat was clean and the staff made everything easy from the moment we arrived. We're now looking ahead to our next holiday and we've all agreed Ferry Marina will be our chosen hire company.”

“We have just spent a great week on Solitaire Emblem. The team at Ferry Marina couldn’t have been more helpful both when booking and in getting our Tesco order into the boat for our arrival as we’d been stuck in traffic. The boat was in great order, well equipped and spacious for our family of four. We were quickly on our way after a helpful briefing and had a great week in great weather. It was our first trip on the broads and we now know a lot more about how to make the most of this lovely part of the world. If anything could be improved, the mattresses could be more comfortable (mattress toppers could be an easy fix?) but the bed linen was all lovely and the welcome pack was really useful.”
