“It is really hard to get to a human being or an actual person with Fet Pak when you are trying to order. This almost makes you want to give up and cancel trying to order something from you. You may be trying to make matters easier on your end, but you should think about your customers and get them to a person who can help their them with their order right away.”

Not sure what you experienced, but the only phone automation we have is the initial choice given on which department you would like to reach. After that a person answers. From 9 AM to 5 PM ET Mon-Fri our Customer Service Reps are available as well as our live chat. We pride ourselves on helping customers and we think our customer service is second to none.

“I organized a class reunion for a group of seniors (1959-1963) and am on a very tight budget, so I was searching for inexpensive medium size bags to put our "goodies" in that we will be giving to each classmate. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Fetpak. Their service is fantastic. The order arrived very quickly, the bags were exactly as described in the description and the price was very good. The bags I ordered were just frosted shopper bags - 10"x5"x13" but they will be perfect for our occasion. I would DEFINITELY recommend Fetpak and will consider them for other purchases.”

“I use your boxes to display jewelry that I make and sell. It ends up costing me $.37 each (with your shipping fees). I think this is awfully pricy! I only charge $5 for each item.”

Sandra, we have Free Shipping on orders over $75, otherwise it's a flat $7.95, which most times is lower than the actual freight. Our pricing is extremely competitive and our same day shipping is second to none. Please note our cotton filled jewelry boxes are all made in the USA with paperboard from 100% recycled materials. These are higher quality than made in China boxes which most other distributors carry. Thank you for the 5 star rating and your feedback.
