“This is the fifth case (third time I placed an order with them) of the black t-shirt bags that I've purchased. I gave my friend a case of them the last time I purchased them and kept the case for myself. I was getting low and ordered another case when by coincidence my friend called the same day and asked if I could get her another case. This is a couple hours after I had placed my order and I was concerned I might have to pay a second shipping fee to get her another case. I contacted customer service right around 4:30 p.m. EST and asked if they could add another case to my order. Usually they ship that day or very soon after, I always got my orders within a few days. They held up the shipping so they could add another case and save me the extra cost. They went above and beyond, when they didn't have to, and I am grateful to them. I would highly recommend not only the bags but they also have excellent customer service.”

You ordered our Cellophane Bags which are .8 Mil. We stock Polypropylene Bags which are much thicker (1.5 Mil) and probably better for your needs. Often our customers order trays and forget to order the inserts. When we see a customer do that we give them a courtesy call to remind them that they did not order inserts. We do understand that occasionally a customer does not want the inserts. However most customers do and they appreciate the reminder call. The Deluxe Carrying Case is not meant to be wheeled when empty. If there aren't any trays you can easily just fold it up.

Cost of return is too high, so guess I'm stuck with it. Shown are pictures from our website of the three items you purchased. If you search each item (1A, 261104, 70-C1) you can see detailed descriptions on each item. The earring stand is designed for the earrings themselves, not earring cards. We do have other earring displays designed for earring cards. The necklace folder is a black velvet inside as shown in the picture and stated in the description. The sales books are Made in the USA by National Checking Company, a top rated manufacturer that has been in business for many years. Their quality has been superior to other manufacturers and is very consistent. However, we aim to please, so if you are not satisfied, you are welcomed to call our Customer Service at 631-864-3090 and we will issue a return number. Upon receipt of return we will issue a full refund for the cost of the products returned. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Not sure what you experienced, but the only phone automation we have is the initial choice given on which department you would like to reach. After that a person answers. From 9 AM to 5 PM ET Mon-Fri our Customer Service Reps are available as well as our live chat. We pride ourselves on helping customers and we think our customer service is second to none.
