“The speed at which my order was processed and the convenience of being able to collect from a local store. I was not, however, impressed that the £5 gift voucher had to be spent on the day of collection or that this was not pointed out to me by the staff at Sports Direct.”

“Coat is good quality for the price and well-padded for winter. Slightly wide on a slim-fit wearer so would benefit from a waist level internal drawstring. Quick delivery from Field & Trek.”

“The products are of high quality, the transport is safe and comes in time. We are pleased, but at the head of communication there is still little to work. There were products that after I ordered and paid it were not in stock, I sent an email to the site to replace them with the same type of products but another number, we did not receive any answer if they could or not. The automatic answer is meaningful, but a man has to intervene to solve the small problems he has encountered. Because of this I can not give you excellent”

“I bought a Weird Fish man's sweatshirt as a present. It's relatively light weight and not stiff so should be comfortable. It was a good price and was delivered quickly. However, the packaging was a bit flimsy and could easily be torn in transit and I was very unhappy about the complete absence of any paperwork. Usually on-lijne purchases are sent with an invoice with a tear-of strip for return and instructions on what to do (some suppliers have free returns). It just felt a bit dodgy and I was relieved I didn't need to return it as it may take some effort to return.”
