“I ordered size 11 sandals. When the goods arrived they had sent size 12 (although the enclosed delivery note listed size 11) Not only the inconvenience of going to the Post Office to return them but had to pay for the postage to do so. Not Impressed.”

“On Line service is simple though I hate when the buying process is interrupted by Security checks that end up not working and causing the sake to fail mid way through. As was the case with MasterCard. Which meant I had to cancel and stat again using PayPal instead. The shoes arrived today and though they are the same size as all the others I have bought from this manufacturer Merrell) I am surprised to find them feeing more like a size too small as my toes are tight against the fronts. Still deciding whether to send them back or or see if they loosen off a bit but I have always felt immediately comfortable with this brand from first putting them on.”
