“I ordered a Helly Hansen fleece size 14. It was far too small more like a size 8. The material was extremely thin. Result was that within 10 minutes of receiving this I returned it. Not what I expected at all and of course I had to pay for returns”

“Very fast and efficient service with great value for money. The trainers I ordered arrived the next day as expected but they did not fit and I had to send them back. The size I needed was not in stock. The returns service is very straight forward and I was refunded within 4 days of posting the trainers back. Will shop here again.”

“Prices good ,collect from store not so good it took ages it must have tea break. Shoes fit good but right hand shoe has a click every time I lift my foot up if it continues I will send back will see how returns work that's the problem of online purchase”
