“I placed an order with Figleaves in Early December 2020. I still have not received my order despite the funds being withdrawn from my bank account two days after the order was sent. Have emailed with no response. Very disappointed with the service especially as I have shopped with them before and not had any issues. I think that 8 weeks is plenty time for an order to be received even allowing for Christmas mail and Covid disruptions.”

I was able to return some items that were the wrong size and have a credit note or refund (no urgency to use the credit note, no expiry date). the items arrive very discreetly packaged in purple foil envelopes. The customer services team always answer any questions promptly as well, all in all, a very good positive experience.”

“Misleading returns policy.
I bought an item and returned it straight away (I just didn't like it) using the free returns label.
The Figleaves refund deducted the cost of the original postage, which is illegal for returns within 14 days.
My call to request the postage was refunded resulted in an argument about the law. Since I had researched this I was able to eventually convince the person that I knew that they had to refund this money, which they have now promised to do.
So: don't expect "free returns" unless you are able and willing to research the law and then argue the case with Figleaves.
And: the above review was "not allowed" on the figleaves website. So they also select which reviews to show on their own website.”
