“Have been pleased with orders overall; only disappointment was that the pre-loved nappy I purchased was stained - I would prefer it if this had been made clear beforehand.”

Thank you for your review and I apologise with regards to the stain, this was an unfortunate oversight. All our pre-loved nappies are washed by ourselves and then hung outside in the sun to remove any stains. I'm sorry this was missed on this occasion. We hope to see you again at FYP. :)

“Ordered two reusable diaper starter packs. Order arrived packaged really nicely along side a handwritten note and some vouchers. I requested the free leaflet regarding reusable diapers. I feel the leaflet could of been a bit more informative however it was a good start. Definitely going to be buying from here again although their leaflet should contain some more information.”

“I've only tried a little shopping from this website so that's why I've not scored 5 - not enough experience. But my first experience satisfied my requirements - delivery was within a reasonable time and the product is as I expected. I have been given a little herbal teabag as a free gift to enjoy when I have some down time which is always a nice littlw touch. Will be sure to review more when I have more to review!”

“The Terry cloth nappies are fantastic quality at a fabulous price. Everything arrived as promised and we'll packaged. My only negative is that I had a 10% off voucher for my first purchase which I forgot to redeem. I emailed them, however have had no response. Disappointing.”
