“Good starter website for those who are still exploring the reusable nappy world. Perhaps due to the lockdown period (and the time people were stocking things up and the disposable nappies are out of stock), but there were far too many out of stocks. So you cannot complete a full shopping in one order.”

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate the feedback. It has been extremely tricky for us to get stock in, either they're overseas and not shipping, or they are not working due to the virus, so we've been unable to put an order in. This will all be rectified once things 'go back to normal' Thank you for shopping with FYP and we hope to see you again soon.

“Our FYP order cake very quickly and was very pleased with the items. Unfortunately after ordering I received an email saying two of them items had to be refunded as they were out of stock (despite being in stock at time of order) but the refund was done immediately. Haven’t used the items yet as I’m still pregnant but they are just what we wanted!”

Thank you for your honest review and feedback. We are struggling with stock at the moment due to limitations on shipping with the currently situation. We also are working with a limited number of staff so unfortuantely we are trying to be efficent with regards to refunds and are unable to provide the level of communication we normal do. We do hope you visit us again soon and congratulations on your pregnancy :)

“Very happy with the service and products I have received, the only thing I would like to change is the packaging my nappies arrived in. They have arrived in a plastic bag, I would prefer more sustainable packaging.”

“I am yet to use these, but delivery was quick and they look easy to use. They are small, but look like should last a month depending on how quick baby grows! Cheaper than other sites and im looking forward to using these nappies on my baby when his here. I will buy size up once his outgrown! Good quality.”

“Pleased I found FYP as it’s easy to order my favourite eco friendly nappy products! Speedy delivery in recycled boxes... perhaps a bit too much sellotape for a “green” company though hence the 4 stars.”

Thank you for your honest review Heather. Stains are inevitable, especially with certain foods, but there are a number of things you can do to help. If you start with a cold pre-wash, then wash as normal. If stains are still present then hanging them either outside or in a window in full sun will do the job. “Great idea to offer a trial of reusable nappies. Not sure I would have been brave enough to take the plunge otherwise. Turns out they are just as easy as disposables! My only criticisms would be that the “nappy guide” is generic and doesn’t give much info on how to use the individual nappies or even things like how to adjust size. The other is that some of the inserts don’t have a label so they all get mixed up in the wash. Would be useful to have a picture guide of what is included in each one. Great service though.”

“Great service as expected, quick dispatch and delivery and pre-loved items were in excellent, or new condition. Only criticism is the product description of tots bots wipes did not mention the composition. I thought they were full cotton/bamboo, but discover they also have some polyester. Otherwise excellent products and service, would definitely recommend to others and use them again myself. Keep up the good work!”

“Excellent fast service when I ordered the trial pack - the parcel arrived the next day much to my surprise. Aftercare was great too when I had a question about the product. The only reason I dropped a star was because I felt that one item in the pack didn’t quite meet my request of unisex or boys prints. Otherwise a great experience - thank you.”

Thank you for your review. We apologise you felt that one of the items didn't meet your request. We do try to meet requirements all the time, but stock levels sometimes doesn't allow for this. We appreciate your feedback and have had a discussion in the office as to how we can prevent this from happening in the future. “Communications with and delivery of order were all prompt, courteous and efficient. I deducted one star for issues with stock - quite a few items I wanted to order initially were out of stock and after making alternative choices one of my ordered items was then also out of stock. But the refund was issued immediately.”
