“Fast delivery. Although a replacement was needed because I wasn't 100% happy with the product, I'm almost glad I needed a replacement because the customer service was brilliant - speedy replies, very nice, sorted quickly with a replacement sent (which arrived in a couple of days), put smile on my face. The product was brilliant. Shopped here in the past and it was great then, too.”

“I normally hate reminder emails from companies, but Firebox have totally nailed how to speak to their customers! The items I ordered came quickly and were great, the perfect stocking stuffers for Christmas. Also loved the little pack of Haribo in my package. A+ marketing/customer relations!”
