“For start I am a Mrs not a Mr and I was told that the gift I order was would be delivered by the 18 th to find out that there was a problem and I did have email but they was very conflicting and by the end off them all I was confused to weather u had sent or u have sent”

“I have ordered before with Firebox and had no problems! This time a few glitches but I'd blame that on the busy holiday season. I'd say if you're ordering around Christmas time, order well in advance!! The order first dispatched never reached my house and got sent back to the warehouse, and by the time the customer service team contacted me one of the two items ordered was out of stock (10 days after the order was placed). They did however resend the other item for free, which was nice. I love Firebox! ..Just a bit disappointing this time around.”
