“Firebox were amazing with my order. I had martin deliver my parcel and he text to make sure i was in to sign so it didnt go back to the depot. He was so helpful and would definatly recommend these guys and would use this service again. Fantastic.”

“I have bought from Firebox many times and each time they haven't failed me and all my items were what I asked for with a reasonable price. There was some confusion with the delivery though. This was because I ordered two items at the same time. One item was delivered days after I did the transaction and the other took around 10 -15 days longer. I was a little disappointed with the wait time and I wasnt sure whether I would receieve it in time for christmas, however Firebox didnt fail to deliver it in time. Got exactly what I wanted and was another successful but in the end. If I was Firebox, I would make the delivery process much easier to understand but since I got everything on time im happy. Thank you Firebox!! ;)”
