“Ordered an item 12 days ago, still no notification of despatch and no item has been received. My credit card has been debited and I have nothing. This was a much needed Christmas gift, I cannot get any reply to my emails or WhatsApp’s to the support team which the site says will be responded to within 24 hours! Bitterly disappointed, I wish someone would contact me and help to find my order. Will never use again and recommend avoiding firebox. Will have to source the item elsewhere and assume I’ve lost my money. A hard lesson learned.”

“Ordered a personalised mug but when it arrived thought they’d made a mistake as it didn’t have the picture on it that I had uploaded. Contacted customer services and a lovely man got back to me and explained that the mug was heat sensitive and when I filled it with hot water the picture would appear. Ever felt a fool?!!! Thank you Cameron 🤪 Lovely mug by the way. Would recommend!! 🤩”

“There was a hiccup with the payment, but the customer service humans deserve the credit here, got back to me promptly and reassured me they would send the moment the dirty business was cleared their end.
