“I have placed an order on 27 Nov to Paris. It's been over 1 month and still it hasn't arrived yet. From this point, I have given up any hope. Their customer service is actually helpful but it doesn't change the fact that my order did not arrive. They have offered a replacement or a full refund. I hope they keep their promise. I will be updating the review according to the outcome. Edit: We received the replacement package yesterday. Thanks for all the understanding. Excellent customer service.”

“Firebox customer service put up with me struggling to place an order for probably close to an hour. The wonderful rep talking to me ran up and down stairs with her laptop, interrupting meetings to try and find a solution. When that didn't work, she called me to try and place the order over the phone. Turns out it was my own dumb fault (aka credit card), and she wasn't even mad! She went above and beyond and made me laugh more than once. These people are fabulous. Their repartee is delightfully cheeky. Their products are stellar. Five stars. High Five. Fist Pump.”

“Christmas presents are always a pain for me to get. Turns out firebox has the answer with the 'mystery box'. 2nd year me and my brother have swapped mystery boxes to get the things people have.
