“Purchased two screaming monkeys (hilarious!) was kept up to date with delivery times, only negative was I paid for next day which I took to be Saturday, it wasnt clear that it was next working day ???? so didn't arrive till Monday when I wasn't in but was delivered the next day. Would purchase from again ??”

“A friendly and helpful service team, and the quality of the items I ordered was excellent. “Firebox are a fabulous company, they always deliver fact, in perfeca condition. If on the rare occasion an item isn't up to scratch (never due to firebox) they arrange a replacement or refund immediately. Perfect company I've used for years and will continue to for years to come”

“The platform itself is a very minimalist, fun and visually pleasing way to shop. It's very easy to navigate your way around and a nice simple step by step process to make the purchase with the additional options of having it gift wrapped. Definatly the best place to go to for the "other" types of friends and just all in all a good platform. Would recommend to anyone.”
