“Very good on letting me know when my parcel was coming, but when it arrived the box containing the present I had bought for a Xmas box was smashed up and had to taped together, a bit more care on delivery if possible please. Otherwise a good present.”

“Extremely good stocks of the not so normal gifts, but the level of communications knocks everybody else into a cocked hat. Not only do you receive an order confirmation with a tracking number but its like having one of your mates telling you how you will get your stuff. Firebox put that little bit of effort into your order & it is brilliant Oh and you also get a free packet of sweeties with your order too, yesssssssssssssssssssss”

“Firebox is a great place to find those unusual birthday and Christmas presents, I have used them on a number of occasions and have always been impressed (and highly amused) at the unusual and quirky nature of the goods on offer. And most importantly the recipients of the gifts in question have all been very pleased with their presents! This is all backed up by excellent customer service imbued with a great sense of humour. So the next time you're stuck for ideas of what to buy your nearest and dearest visit Firebox; they may well have what you're looking for (even if you didn't know what that was until you went on their website!).”
