“All in all, friendly, personal customer experience. Whilst all of my queries/issues were resolved pretty quickly a downside was that I was misled a few times regarding the delivery process of my car. The delivery of the car was 6 weeks later than what I was originally told. Furthermore, I had to ring up consistently to receive an update on my order post the original delivery date. A better experience would have been the agent being proactive and providing me with an update instead of myself having to get into contact for answers.”

We will have a look into where we went wrong with it, both with you and in connection with our supplier about your vehicle. We do get our lead times from the manufacturers so this is what gets passed onto you, but lately, with the current scenario, the logistics have been affected quite a bit, not an excuse here, just possibility. “Ordered the car 2 weeks ago, came this morning a 8.30am, everything went smooth, no problems at all and had petrol in it for me to get home which is a first, normally when I lease a car its empty. Communication was first class would not hesitate to order from FVL again.”

“Amazing service Ross was so helpful I had been to other dealers who couldn’t source me the car I wanted Ross said leave it with me and got back to me talked me through everything and got me the best price also it was so stress free”

“Another great experience with FVL. This is our second car with them and we will soon be ordering one for my husband too. Scott managed to get us a great deal and the car was delivered within a few weeks which was great! I would definitely recommend FVL for your new car!”

“I have used FVL for a few years now and I have always been happy with the service. At the end of each lease I always hunt around for deals, but I find they are competitively priced so there is no need to go elsewhere.”

“Received a fantastic service from all the team at FVL. I mainly dealt with Ross who was amazing and couldn’t of been more helpful. All the paperwork was completed and I had a delivery date within hours of first speaking to him, the car was in stock and was delivered 4 days later! Very happy with our choice I will definitely be using FVL for my future leases. Highly recommend”

I was very apprehensive about leasing, but Peter was such a great help and was always more than willing to explain and clarify anything I didn't understand. “I have leased from fvl for 7 years now and just secured my new vehicle for August 2020. I contacted fvl last week to highlight my current contract ending, and spoke to a very helpful and pleasant gentleman - Mark James. Nothing was to much trouble sorting out my options and going over and above to get me the very best deal (which he did) all sorted within 24 hours, fabulous team and once again thankyou James”
