“From the first enquiry to the delivery of the car the whole process took less than 4 weeks! Peter was very helpful and kept me updated all the way through. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them”

“After a number of quotes that missed the mark for me I ended up with a replacement vehicle for similar rates. The team were also helpful in assisting with some issues raised by the previous finance company but disappointed the return was not fully supported (I understand this is the finance company issue).”

“Excellent service throughout the entire process. Simple and painless to get this sorted and in a short time-frame as I was getting rid of my current car at the end of the month. The initial sales contact from Duncan was excellent. He made everything very clear, including all the options open to me and responsibilities on myself and FVL. I then received great support from Siobhan in the customer care team. She assisted me when there was an issue with the third party's portal for signing the documents.”
