“No instructions upon arrival. Put the fishskyn on and fit was a bit wonky on the bottom piece. After a few days it started to buckle and peel up. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I emailed several times and received ZERO responses. Don’t waste your money. And apparently they don’t seem too bothered by the terrible reviews. Joke of a company.”
“Their customer service is awful. I ordered a MacBook cover over a month ago and USPS says it's still awaiting a package from them to provide shipping details. After sending 2 separate emails a week after it was supposed to arrive they finally responded saying they would send a new order. It's now been 2 more weeks and I asked for a refund to which I've gotten crickets. Would not recommend”
“Nightmare Consumer Experience
I never write reviews- genuinely I’ve written maybe 1-2 in my life. I wanted to love this product/company, but it’s been a terrible experience. Initially I ordered the laptop skin and phone case, but I left my cart and then went back later and ordered after researching more about the company, and I had the wrong phone case size in my cart. Almost immediately after I ordered I emailed them asking if they could do anything to fix it before it was sent (that whole part was totally my fault- I ordered the wrong one). I got a response the next day in the middle of the night saying it wasn’t a problem and I would receive a shipping update shortly with the email- however I didn’t receive it until the next day. To my surprise the update came along with an invoice asking for another 20+ dollars for the phone case I had already paid for. I emailed about this, and the following day it was responded to saying it was a mix-up on their end and that they’d fix it and I’d have an update sent soon. 2 days later I received a shipping confirmation that said my (full) order was on its way, phone case and laptop skin. My order sat in the same place for a week, then I reached out asking about it and they said, “I just went ahead and checked on the status of your order and I am seeing that it is on its way to you now.” The order finally showed up almost over 2 weeks after being purchased. It was missing the phone case. I emailed right away asking about the missing item where customer service responded with “I am not too sure” why I hadn’t received the item. I emailed multiple times regarding my frustration with the customer service and email responses and the times they were responded to- hoping either to be receiving a refund or the shipment confirmation and received this email:
“I work remotely in Arizona and am a mom to very young children. I also work another job so I am sometimes only able to answer emails late at night. It's just what works best with my schedule. I always make sure to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. Hopefully that clears that up!”
I don’t really have anything more to say. Its been a few days and I’ve heard nothing back.”
“ME: My Order #199XXX appears to be lost as it has not moved in shipping. It was expected to be delivered yesterday but appears to be lost in Chicago.
FISHSKYN RESPONSE:
I just went ahead and checked on the status of your order and I am seeing that it has been arriving at many different USPS facilities for the week or so. Unfortunately, that is on the carrier and there is not much we can do about it. It happens with some of our packages for some reason. You can try calling USPS to get it directed to you, that usually works for packages USPS does this with.

“Emailed you and received no response. Tried to return the product during the given time and it was returned to the place where I mailed it. You have very poor customer service when you don’t respond and you don’t refund my money. I would not recommend anyone to deal with your business. I hope you enjoy spending the money. I don’t even want to give you one star as you have earned none. Don’t understand why you have no phone number listed and why you won’t respond to email.”
“Nightmare can only liken it to wallpapering! Bubbles on front & back a mess. Tried to use use hairdryer & ended up stretching it too . If you want 40 mins of torture this is for you!”
“The piece that goes around my camera does not fit. The holes are the incorrect sizes. I have used both that were sent to me, and by the time I get it remotely close to being on, all the sticky is gone. I have watched the videos 10 times and do call bs on how they get them on. Would not buy again.”
“Horrible customer service. The product came with a tear in the sleeve and when I went to reach out to them via email they did not reply or acknowledge my request. Custom service is horrible and addressing the issue even worse. I will. not purchase from them again or recommend anyone do so”
“This review is not about their product itself but rather about their integrity. For me, integrity trumps product every time.
These folks were easy to communicate with before I purchased their product. After I purchased their product there was a problem with the purchase itself and they will not return my email to address the problem. Of course, I say email, because they do not provide their phone number anywhere. I should have snapped to that fact before I did business with them.
They have my money, I feel left out in the dark, and I’ll just have to make peace with it. Maybe my review can help others.”
