“Made an order on the 5th of April paid next day delivery - its the 15th of April and order still has not arrived. No a word about a refund and fitcookie would rather post social media content on insta than reply to your messages😂 was a regular customer not anymore. All they care about is posting stories on instagram rather than dealing with customers. They dont really care better pray that you dont have a problem with the parcel as they wont even help you.”

“The products were ok. Jar of coco crunch arrived smashed/ crushed, also had item missing. Emailed customer service twice and no response at all. Paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later.”
