“I’ve placed my order long time ago and it was never delivered I’ve tried to contact Fitcookie directly but nobody got back to me yet. I wanted my order before Christmas but because you’re sending me this review form nobody even replied that this order is missing ! And I can’t even contact your company directly only through offline chat Never been so disappointed and it’s not a first time I’ve ordered. I hope someone will contact me quickly to get my order asap”

“I have been to a few of the stores recently and I have to say only 1 person new what they where selling, disappointed in the knowledge the staff have , and trying to sell me products that I clearly don’t need or want, if I’m honest first impressions are very important, I would of been happy to spend a couple of hundred if I was given the right products.”

“My first order and last, I have received damaged / ripped pack of protein inside box and powder was out on my doorstep too , I have taken few pictures how I received my parcel and sent 2 emails that 1of the iteam was damaged inside , all protein was loose inside box. I had an email that someone will get back to me within 48h, after few days I have sent another email - just in case it was forgotten , still nothing almost a week over and no response from customer sevice.FRIST AND LAST ORDER AT THIS SITE - AVOID - VERY DISSAPOINTED”

“Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied... one jar of jam was open and one bar was also open, plus the short expiry dates of the jams for which I paid the normal price. I wrote an e-mail, no one responded, it was my last purchase from this company, I do not recommend it!!!”
