American flags we were looking for, and you dispatched them very promptly so that I was able to remove the existing frayed flag and replace with your two new ones, as well as tidy up the rest of the area in front of the memorial. Thanks to you, it now looks much loved and a true reflection the thanks the area has for the ultimate sacrifice made by these Americans so we can be free.”

“I ordered 4 flags which were good value and I got an email that day (21st Aug) informing me that the order was out for delivery, so all good from the Flag and bunting Company. Unfortunately the courier company then spoilt the process. I had paid for express delivery and received an email from them to say they were going to deliver the following afternoon (22nd Aug). When no delivery arrived I left a message on their Contact Us page to find out what had happened and to ring me. 10 days later they have not responded! The package eventually arrived on 27th Aug and too late to be used for theevent I needed the flags for. Star rating brought down by the courier, otherwise it would be 5 stars for the Flag and bunting Company”
