“Total waste of money, no value for money. They take out the first payment then take out the rest in bulk payment which is not stated in T&C. I used this company because I was struggling and thought would be easier to pay weekly payments of £10 back. Now me with no money. The products they sell you could probably get cheaper else where also I did try to cancel the order 3 times but no one got back to me regarding this matter. Not happy........”

“Absolutely diabolical company. I made the terrible mistake of ordering, seeing my mistake I cancelled my order and my account. I have proof, via a screenshot showing their representative telling me that it was all cancelled and no money would be taken on March 15th, but they HAVE been CONTINUALLY trying to take money from my account for the past month. I have no option but to get the authorities involved.”

“I can see flava/flavva has sent out their army to write fake good reviews which are trying to give a fraudulent company good reputation when majority of reviews (all over the internet) explain the same story of being completely ripped off!!! THIS IS SO BAD profiting from vulnerable persons who only need food. Why not send all that food as packages to people in third world countries?”

“Con from start to finish. Signed up, saw the dismal products on offer and the fact you can only get them delivered after your first payment has gone through and spoke to them to cancel my subscription after reading that you are charged for the privilege of looking at what they (don’t) have to offer. Was told that they don’t have my details as a customer so no money would be taken. What a laugh I had when I woke to £29.99 out of my bank from flavva! Even take money from your bank under a disguised name! Disgusting how they are doing this to people during a pandemic! Vile!”

“Received my first order, poorly packed, lifted the box within the box out, and the bottom just fell out, dropping cans on my feet, dangerous, not enough tape, just flaps tucked in. Messaged regarding the £29.99 taken asked for "subscription" to be cancelled. Haven't heard anything from them.”

“Do not trust this company they are scam artists I looked on their website to access it you need to enter your card details to check that they are valid. Only had a look around no order placed as they are very over priced and happy shopper food which is cheaper at corner shop. To my surprise I have found they have taken £29.99 out of my account emailed them took a while for a response then got the reply its for subscriptions errrrr ???? why would I subscribe to do shopping on their web page it says free and no interest nothing about we will rip you off £29.99 for just looking at our webpage. £30 and then they have now offered me to pay a further £7.99 for nothing each month I have contacted my bank and also sent an email to trading standards. DO NOT USE this company are scam artists”
