“We joined flava. About 3 years ago, the service was excellent ,items well packed and lots of choice, wanted to do an order this week, what the hell has happened!!!! No choice of anything !! Has flava closed or is closing down?? J. Clark.”

“I was initially very disappointed with the personalised 'friends' cushion. It arrived in a small tight package which did not look very impressive although the cushion itself was as described. However, I have expressed to the company my surprise that the stuffing insert was not included as I got the impression from the website advertisement that it would be. I would not have paid £16.99 if I had known it was a cushion cover only. I think the wording needs changing to "Cushion cover only" as I think the way it is advertised at the moment is misleading. It would also have been very expensive to purchase the stuffing separately from the company as I found out later so I bought one from Dunelm for £3. Delivery was quite good.”

“I spent bout 120 and the food I ordered was half there an the rest wasn't. Not a scam like just need bit more organising. When I asked where the rest of my stuff was and never got a reply.”
