“Scam- I was actually trying to join a totally different named credit comparison site, filled my details and it came to card verification “you will not be charged”. Thankfully my bank checked, as they tried deducting 29.99. Obviously I declined payment. (FLAVA Ltd). A few days later FLAVA supermarkets (thought) they’d successfully deducted 29.99, but I spotted it and Barclays refunded me as soon as the payment cleared, opened a fraud investigation and brought in the police, with NO ARGUMENT. They agreed that it’s a regular way scammers obtain money and it was 100% fraudulent activity. I so hope you’re successfully prosecuted 🤬”

“If I could give zero stars then I would. Ordered food on the "credit" they gave me and on the very next day £69.99 was taken from my account without me authorising it with them. Had no emails from them to confirm my order but kept getting generic emails about their products for 1p. So I didn't receive my order that apparently went through on the free credit they gave me but took money from my account for absolutely nothing. The number for customer service is a dead number, you can call it and it rings 4 times and drops the call. They don't reply to emails either. I did this during covid and we are now in 2024...I haven't received a refund! More recently I sent them an email and it bounced back....its not recognised. They steal from people in vulnerable times. Please do not use this company. You're better off applying for household support fund or going to a local food bank. Absolute parasites”

“I ordered through them they took payments out of my account for 6 weeks and then told me the item was out of stock and that I could pick another item told them I didn't want another item and that I wanted a refund, eventually after 14 days I got my refund went onto the Curry's website that they use to send the item and it was in stock so ordered from there instead”
