Easy process, and a nice surprise to get some money back for the delay

I would highly recommend this company. Every time I phoned them I received professional support and only have a couple of suggestions for improvement 1) I had some issues with the website as after completing all the information I kept getting emails asking me to click on a link to complete the process 2) no updates are provided on the status of the claim request (a simple monthly 'we are working on' update would be reassuring). I was unsure what was happening but last week I was pleasantly surprised to receive a cheque last week for my claim. Thank you very much

I felt there wasn’t a lot of communication to let me know what was going on with my claim, I understand these things can take time to deal with but it was months and I hadn’t heard anything, I assumed it had been forgotten about. Then I received a cheque in the post which I was happy about just wish I was given more of an update about it.

My wife daughter and I travelled on a well know airline during a visit to the UK in July/ August 2018. We suffered an unacceptable delay on the return trip with our 2 year old daughter who was exhausted being treated in a completely unacceptable manner. The Flight Delay team whom I had never heard of before obtained compensation without us being required to make any payment when lodging the claim. If you are unfortunate enough to be subjected to an unacceptable delay with an airline, these are the people tp contact.

Happy with service and communication. Eventually received around £510.00 as a result of a missed flight to Calgary.

I found the website confusing. Kept saying I hadn’t finished. Then lots and lots of emails. I had given up thinking the effort wasn’t worth it. Then over 2 months later a cheque arrives. Great news. Thank you. But the process just seemed so confusing.

Hi thanks so much for your services. Was good But we expect more Compensation Because the situación. Was terribly And 2 children . Sleeping in the airport and more bad things. Happend to our family .
