“One Star is too generous. Renter beware. This place is a rip off. Rented a scooter that was battered. When I returned it they invented a part which they insisted was there when I started and accused me of having an accident. They wanted to charge me €690 excess. When I refused they said if I gave them cash they would accept €300. When I informed them I was recording the conversation they got all flustered and phoned the boss. He said that he would reduce it to €200 and take it from the credit card I had registered with them. I still refused but they did it anyway and threw the receipt at me. I have reported it as a fraudulent transaction but I suggest you find a reputable company rather than these robbers.”
“Dangerous vehicles and worst customer service ever
The rental cost was extortionate. The car we were given was very old and poorly maintained. When we returned it a day early due to the engine light coming on, we were told it was not a problem and offered an alternative vehicle.
We did not want an alternative vehicle, knowing the poor quality of their cars.
And they refused to give us our money back.
Strangely, we did not want to put our family at risk, so cut our losses and left. Avoid like the plague!”
