“Now that I think about it, this was such a meaningful gift. The dove design conveyed peace, and the blooms were arranged perfectly. My family loved it. The card itself felt premium, and the handwritten note w as the cherry on top. If only it came with a gift box!.”

“If I'm honest, I wasn't sure how this would turn out, but it exceeded my expectations. The The lisianthus arrangement was vibrant and fresh, and the card felt so personal with my message. My recipient said it brought festive joy to their home. Delivery was on time, but I’d suggest adding an option for fancier wrapping. Otherwise, it’s worth every penny!”

“Ordered the 'Pretty Posies' Flowercard for my friend just to cheer her up, and she absolutely loved it. “I ordered the Birthday Buzz flower card for my cousin’s birthday. The display she received was nothing like the picture on their website. I messaged them to say that I was very disappointed with the display. To be fair they said they would send out another one. I thanked them and asked them to make sure the flowers were in the card I had chosen as it was important to me and sent them a picture of the one I wanted. My cousin received the new flowers in exactly the same card as the previous one with a very similar poor quality display. I will not use them again.”

“Looked nothing like the image - a few droopy, half dead flowers. I sent images to customer services and they replied saying it would perk up a bit after some water and a few hours. Utterly ridiculous - the image sent was the next day after anyway. Have used in the past and been great but gone downhill.”

“Late delivery. Flowers arrived looking almost dead. Almost £40 for a few dying flowers that look nothing like the website image and arrived too late for birthday. Customer service is awful.”

“I am surprised to read these negative reviews, as the recipient of the sympathy flowers that I ordered just sent me a photo and it’s as lovely as it looked on the website. I’d not hesitate to use them again.”

“NOthing like the photos on their website - only 1 orchid in the mix when it shows several in the photo. Dreadful value for money. This is what £30 worth of flowers looks like”

“A friends birthday card was sent out a month before it should of been . Also i had to cancel an order which i paid for to be sent in dec 23 i did this in august its now the end of sept and still no refund . I have used this company many times before ,not had a problem . I will not be using them again .”

“I have ordered several flower cards and have always been happy with them. I recently commented on a flower card I sent a friend about the flowers not lasting as long and my friend received a new flower card Free of charge and I received a discount on a future order.”

“Would not recommend. Flowers were tiny and certainly not like the pictures shown on their website. Picture shows a bloom of beautiful flowers, we were lucky we got 5 full alive flowers in our box. The gift was for my mums birthday and even she was disappointed. And for the cost you pay, it certainly is not worth it at all. Customer service was brilliant when I emailed them and offered to send another one but I genuinely didn’t see the point when my mums birthday had been and gone. Waste of products and peoples time. First impressions is everything and we were definitely disappointed.”

“On arrival, greenery leaves had been snapped, some flowers were already very dried. No amount of water would revive. Within a day most of the flowers were wilted. Such a waste of money, especially when someone has put their faith in a company to deliver a gift. Don’t waste your money!”
