“My daughter received her flower card earlier than requested. I thought would be a nice gesture for Xmas. She opened it all the green leaves had fallen off into box and poor quality cple flowers were drooping how could they send out something like that. The short stems were not holding flowers in . I have sent photos in. And rung them. I spoke to a lovely lady in customer service. ButI will not be using them again .”
