“Tammy put so much effort into my order . My 95-year-old friend went into hospice care and she arranged the most beautiful gift of balloons, candy, and flowers. I've never had such personal attention. This is a great florist.”

“Ordered Valentines flowers to be delivered to my SO on Valentine’s Day. At 6:15 I received a call that the flowers were not being delivered because 2 drivers did not show up for work. They had plenty of time to call me and give me the opportunity to come and pick them up. They knew early in the day they were short two drivers. Instead they waited till 6:15. They offered no way to solve the problem. I called on Saturday and the manager told me that over 45 other people did not get their flowers either. Is this a way to run a business that counts on people to show love on certain days?”

“Excellent service and beautiful flowers supplied. The lady on the phone was so helpful and offered a variety of choices to me. My daughter in law was thrilled with the flowers she received and commented how long they had lasted. Will definatly use this shop again!”

“Flowers were supposed to be delivered between a set time as they were for someone after attending a funeral. Due to not following instructions they nearly ended up at the Lambley crematorium. Very disappointed at customer after service, informed customers complain a lot!! I was a customer! Won't be using again.”
