“I ordered a substantial delivery of flowers for my daughter's wedding. Customer service was good they informed me the main flower for the bouquets were peonies but they were not good so we changed to to Dahlias instead. The flowers came as specified and we're kept in a cold room at a hotel but the dahlias were very small, wilted and very squashed, I could not use a single one, the spray roses had browning on some of the petals and the campanulus were again squashed and I could only use a few of the less squashed specimens. The hydrangeas were a little squashed also with slight browning. I ended up purchasing substitute flowers from Lidl on the morning of the wedding and was so stressed. I have emailed 3 times but not had a response.”
