“Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers at 2pm on Wednesday. One was delivered in Glasgow next day before lunchtime 2nd class postage. 2nd bouquet due to be delivered on my choice of delivery date. Great service and easy to use.”

“The flowers were delightful as usual and much appreciated. But, I was expecting them to be delivered by post and had checked someone would be at the delivery address at the time their post was usually delivered. Actually, they were delivered by Jodel later in the day. Tracking was available to me but not to the recipient who was not at home in the afternoon. The flowers were left in the porch. Fortunately no chocolates melting in this particular order.”

“I have used Flowers by Post several times and always found them to be excellent. The flowers are always fresh and delivered on time. The only problem I have ever had was caused by the courier but Flowers by Post rectified the situation straight away”

“Probably due to the heat, the flowers arrived clearly dying, almost dead, feeling like dried paper. Less than two days later they were completely dead. This was meant as a wedding anniversary gift. Waste of money, but worse it was a total embarrassment.”

“As always the flowers I bought for my friend were well received, I bought her carnations again as she loves them. The ones I bought her last year she had for over 4 weeks, so hopefully the ones I bought her this year will last as long. The service is exceptional, they were delivered on time and we had no problems at all. Every order I have placed has been excellent”
