“Its not FBY but the Royal Mail so called 24 hour tracking that I paid for - ordered Wed 1st Oct for delivery on Fri 3rd Oct for a special occasion but only delivered Wed 8th Oct - certainly not 24 hours. Flowers were certainly not at their best but they did start to recover.”

“The were well received but I’d ordered in plenty of time in advance. Selected a day for delivery only for the flowers not to be dispatched until that day. Meaning they weren’t delivered on the date of the event they were for. Disappointed.”
