“Sincere disappointment with my recent order for my mum's birthday. The flowers were ordered on the 24th and due to arrive on the 26th September but only arrived on the 30th September and had obviously died. The quantity also appears unimpressive for the price.”

“The company was very good to deal with and quickly resolved a problem with delivery. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday for a golden wedding anniversary. Unfortunately Royal mail didn't deliver until Tuesday afternoon despite me paying for 24 tracked delivery. Flowers by Post sent a replacement free of charge.”
