“I have used Flowers by Post for several years now. On each occassion the flowers have arrived in good condition, as described on the website and have lasted well. This occassion there was a problem in that the reciprient had to suddenly go away the day after I had placed the order. the staff at Flowers by Post were great in holding back the delivery until I notified that the reciprient was home again. My messages were acknowledged each time, thank you staff at Flowers by Post.”

“I had asked for the flowers to be delivered on Monday 8th September. They were in fact delivered on Tuesday 9th - at what time no-one knows. My sister & brother in law found them on the doorstep around 7.15pm as they were about to go out, having been in all day. The delivery person could not have rung the doorbell! Very disappointed with the delivery company, as usually good service. Further to my review my sister writes - Royal Mail has not been very reliable recently. The flowers are starting to come out nicely now, but I would say they were a bit straggly end of season ones as I had to cut off a lot of not exactly good stem( looked a bit ropey) to get to a better looking part on some of the flowers. Maybe they were short of some colours...?”
