Have used this business for years and flowers are always great quality and last well. Biggest frustration with this order was the website - after I logged in a large field “you have successfully logged in” came up but would not close, even clicking on the cross in the corner or word close. This effectively made it impossible to order as the website screen behind it when light grey and everything was frozen. Tried this several times same problem. Then I tried doing it on my iPad and that worked fine. Could you please check this out?

My friend said the flowers were lovely but unfortunately they did not arrive on the day of her birthday as I asked but arrived the day after. This is the first time I have ever used this service and doubt I will use it again.

Flowers are fine but, there is always a but, they did not arrive on the day I paid extra for, they eventually arrive the next day by a grumpy courier. Suggest you ask for the recipients contact number when placing the order to enable the courier to phone and confirm delivery time.

The system automatically sends and email to the sender providing a tracking number. The sender can then follow the parcel and add/amend any delivery requirements, It also will provide the delivery drivers name and 1hr delivery window. There was a delay recorded on the courier website but no explanation or reason was provided for the delay and to date the courier company have not responded to our request for information. Flowers went down very well but the delivery was a bit poor. Courier left a card on which they did not mark whether they had been left at the neighbours or in safe place. I had to call my girlfriend and tell her I had sent her something as a 'surpripse'. They were not in the parcels box by the front door and they were not with the neighbours. On a whim she checked the recycling bin. Some of the romance kinda drained out of it by then!

I sent some carnations for a birthday present - the flowers and colours were beautiful but the flowers were in full bloom so will not last as long as I would wish - I was hoping the flowers would be in bud and ready to open in a day or so- they did arrive on time.

flowers lovely, although when purchasing it day say pot may be a different colour, bu was not really expecting a black pot to replace a cream one, a more delicate colour would have been appropriate probably. Delivery service amazing
