Daughter very pleased with flowers sent to mark silver wedding anniversary - one comment to make - lilies are posionous to pets (cats in particular) - as there was just one in the bunch it was easy to just remove it - perhaps you need to think of selling an all white bunch without including any lilies - I could not find an all white display which did not have lilies in. Delivery and standard of gift was excellent - arrived well in time. overall continued to be pleased with flowers by post E M Warburton

I was pleased to be able to see the flowers I sent to my friend. They looked Ok though some of the petals seemed slightly crushed. This could have been due to the position the vase had been placed as it was in the fire grate so I cannot say the flowers did not arrive in in perfect condition. Later the flower vase was place on a table which showed the flowers off very well.

The flowers were bought for someone else .But the report |I got from them is one was broken but the rest are lovely.

I haven't seen the flowers that were delivered, but the recipient told me they were beautiful, and the mixed colours of the carnations were lovely, despite covid they were delivered on the date requested. I have given 4stars as I haven't actually seen the flowers, I would recommend them. Thank you for making a diamond wedding anniversary couple very happy.

Easy to order and representative photos good. By all reports the flowers arrived on time and looking very good. I did have to pay more for Saturday delivery which seemed a bit of a hike on weekday price hence the 4 stars.

Bought letterbox flowers deliberately as the recipient is at work. They were not delivered on the chosen day and could not be picked up from the Royal Mail delivery office till 2 days later. Not your fault of course but very disappointing. Just wondered if you have an agreement with Royal Mail that letterbox flowers should be delivered as requested. Flowers were ok-ish but surprise was ruined

Freesias come in a larger box which does not fit through the letterbox. I didn’t get an email confirming my order and neither could I find a facility to track my order which made me slightly anxious. Having said that, the flowers arrived on the day they were supposed to and the recipient said they were lovely and fresh and she was very pleased with them.

The recipients of my flower gift were very pleased with them I used to send flowers from you a few years ago but havent needed your service for ages but when I needed to send some it was you I went straight for.I had a customer identity code then :TR1BLNN . Do you still use them ?

The flowers are always beautiful however DPD are shocking. They had my flowers in the wrong depo and the delivery date was missed! Not impressed at all as it was for a 30th anniversary. They were t bothered though. I doubt I will order again if dpd are delaying deliveries

I had problems ordering on line as it would not accept my Visa or Mastercard telling me that the name on my card was incorrect. I have ordered flowers before with no problems. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and as far as I know the flowers have arrived safely.
