“I haven't seen the flowers but heard that they were lovely so thank you for that. Thank you also for helping to unravel the mistake I made in ordering two bouquets of the same flowers. You sorted this out and the money was refunded. The only criticism I have is that when I wanted to leave a message of good wishes and who the flowers were from it said which card would I like to buy. Having already bought a lovely birthday card I didn't want to buy another |(although they were cheap).”
