“I was upset that after all the years I have been using your company, you somehow completely mucked up my sister's special 70th birthday by not delivering the flowers on time. You claim you have no idea who changed the delivery date on the order. Nevertheless, it ruined the surprise for her & made me look a fool as I had told her to watch for them to arrive. It makes me nervous of ordering in the future which is a shame as I have always been happy with your service before this unhappy incident. When they did arrive, theywere great.”

“This delivery fine I was relieved to hear. However 867065 ? 2/5/21 was complained about and we have heard nothing. The rust coloured flowers died in bud making the whole bouquet highly unattractive. They were for my mother on the death of my father and looked embarrassing amongst the lovely flowers she received from others. It was difficult to see how to follow up my unanswered complaint and I had real concern about using you again.”
