“As a long term customer I was very disappointed by the quality and standard received, flowers did not resemble those depicted on the website. These were sent to a family member who had suffered a miscarriage, they made us look like cheapskates, I saw far superior flowers in our local supermarket this very morning. “Disappointed that the flowers delivered to my mum for her birthday were not up to the normal high standard of flowers by post - gypsophilia had to be thrown away as well past its best and freesias a little battered - a plus point was the flowers were delivered on the requested date. Will think twice before ordering flowers for 15th Feb again, as think standards slip due to pressure of Valentine’s Day”
