“Choice good but I don’t know how many stems there are in either of the bunches that I have ordered. Some of the bunches have precise detail of content but not others. The website didn’t respond very well this evening.”

“The ‘set out page’ of instructions, was clear and easy to follow except, where to insert the discount code. Hence the given code HT15 in the email, was wasted ! Otherwise the procedure was uncomplicated !”

“Flowers have always been of good quality and delivered promptly. However, this weekend there was a time limited discount offer which I wanted to use, but there was a glitch on their system so the code would not apply. I ordered anyway and did have the original discount refunded to me, but the discount offer was then extended and increased so, if I had waited a couple of days I would have had a bigger discount. I don't feel this action was very fair to loyal customers but, as I like their flowers, I will still use them again.”

“recipients said lovely flowers, but I have not seen them. Both arrived on the correct date, although one, for a birthday, not until 5pm. Easy to order.”
