“My friend was delighted with them. They were beautifully wrapped and very fresh when delivered. Having seen them I was disappointed as to the number of flowers, I thought there should have been a few more and they have only lasted 10 days despite being well cared for.”

“Recently had difficulty enterering discount code online, which was frustrating, so had to ring to sort things out. Found the person I spoke to very helpful and efficient. Have not seen flowers sent, but have very good feedback.”

“Flowers arrived on time to my mother for Easter. Haven’t seen them but the receptionist at the nursing home said they look lovely. Since a previous arrangement to a school friend did not arrive, the company kindly sent some more for me. I really appreciated how polite and apologetic they were.”

“Usually I would be very complimentary & positive about the flowers you send out . I have used Flowers by Post often & always had good feed back, but the last bouquet I sent out to my mum 2/04/19 was very disappointing not up to the usual standard sent out, The bouquet did not look at all like the one ordered .”

“Although the flowers were not delivered on the correct day this was due to Royal Mail not the company and the matter was dealt with very quickly by them. They refunded cost, sent flowers and offered a discount on future purchases. I feel that their regret was genuine and the redress was more than fair. My Mother-in - Law was very pleased with the flowers.”

“I have used Flowers by Post several times before and been told the flowers are beautiful. It was my cousins 90th birthday but unfortunately the flowers did not arrive. They were a day late which was very disappointing .”
