“The carnations received were good but not as good as last year. The ones sent last year weren’t just as open as this time and that is why we had them for fully 3 weeks. This time 2 weeks and looked tired before the time was up. However, we will order them again sometime. We will always choose carnations as they travel well in the mail.”

“Recipient said the flowers were beautiful as all previous orders have been. The added chocolate box, however, was much smaller than appeared on the picture, containing, I believe, only 4 chocolates and making them very expensive.”

“I never see your flowers, I always send them, but my family and friends always thank me and they arrive punctually. There used to be a system of a free bunch after so many orders, which was why I used you, but that seems to have disappeared. This is sad, I used to think of someone who was having a bad time and send them the free bunch. Please reinstate this.”

“Not as good as usual. Only lasted for 10 days which was disappointing compared to previous orders of up to 4 weeks. Good colour mix and looked good, Packaged well and delivered on time.”
